Na een korte pauze is Jaguara weer terug op de planken van de branderij, en hij is nog even heerlijk als altijd. Deze stabiele, rijke en romige koffie is de perfecte balans tussen comfort en complexiteit.
Verwacht opvallende smaken van macadamia, praline en sinaasappel, aangevuld met zachte boterachtige karamel, zoete melkchocolade en fruitige hints van rode appel. Een comfortabele koffie waar je steeds weer naar terug wilt grijpen.

Brazilie - Fazenda Jaguara
The Jaguara farm was started by three friends in 2001, when they planted the first coffee trees in the Campo das Vertentes region.
The name of the farm originates from an important Quilombola community, named Jaguara. The farm is next to Sao Joao del Rei, famous for it’s gold extraction but with no history of coffee culture.
This coffee from the Jaguara farm is our very first direct trade, and the best Brazilian coffee that we’ve ever tasted.

Smaak was heel clean en goed in balans. Met melk ook echt lekker chocolade achtig maar komt echt nog goed door de melk heen nog.
