Yovani Hernandez has been growing coffee for more than 25 years on the farm inherited from his father. He moved into cultivating specialty coffee in 2009 and since then have improved his family’s quality of life. For Yovani, happiness is a job well done. He applies this belief to his coffee and uses meticulous cultivation and processing techniques to produce high quality lots. Ripe, red cherries are selectively handpicked and pulped. Coffee is fermented in tanks and then washed in clean water before being laid to sun-dry on parchment.
